 RETURN POLICY

 

Online & Phone Purchases Return Policy

Items purchased online or by phone may be returned or exchanged by mail.

For a full refund, returns must be made with the original receipt and merchandise must be in its original condition.

Returns by mail without a receipt will not be accepted.

Girl's swimwear must be unworn with tags and sanitary liner attached.

Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable, unless an item is damaged or defective.

To receive credit, items must be returned within 20 days of delivery.

 

Returns By Mail

Mail returns require 10-12 business days to process.

Customers will be notified via email when the return has been processed and a credit has been issued to the original form of payment.

 

Standard Return Shipping

Please indicate the reason for return on the receipt.

Merchandise is to be securely packed in the original box, if possible, removing all extra labels from the outside of the package.

Please enclose the original receipt. It is a good idea to make a copy and keep it for your records.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. No C.O.D. deliveries will be accepted.

Packages are to be shipped through a traceable shipping method, such as UPS or Insured Parcel Post. Retain the return tracking number for your records.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, you will be given 7 days from receipt of the item to claim full refund on your purchase.

Please call our Customer Service Department immediately @ (212) 868-9771.It is important that you contact us before returning the item, so that we may assist you with return shipping fees. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Before you call, please have your order number available. Please be prepared with a detailed description of the damage or defect before contacting us.

 

Wrong Item, Color or Size

If we shipped you the wrong item, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately @ (212) 868-9771. It is important that you contact us before returning your item, so that we may assist you with the return shipping fees. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.
